I keep getting calls from this number, no answer and no message.

This number keeps blowing up my phone! No messages left! Cant call back!!

I have been getting calls from this number twice a day for the last week.  No answer.

Who are these dirt bags. No msg left.

I answered - a woman with a thick Indian accent said she was calling from <mumbled> healthcare.  I asked her to stop calling.  It's been 2 minutes, so far so good.
