This number called me at 6:30 am on a Saturday. I answered only to let the person know it was 6:30 am. Broken English speaking person, who I could barely understand, kept asking if I was so and so. I told him I refused to answer any questions until he told me who he was. Background noise sounded like a call center - definitely not in Utah like number claims. [***]!!
