I'm also a Chase business customer ... got pop-up while logged into Chase online doing some business to participate in a survey, replied "No, thanks". Phone rang about 5 mins after I logged off ... bet it was Chase, those little buggers!
Received a call for my business account. Asked how did she get my cell, and asked about my work number and address, she could not give and then she hung up, Its a scam!
For several months now, I've stopped picking up calls from unfamiliar numbers and area codes. If it's important, they can leave a message. Then, it's my choice whether or not I'll return the call. No stress, no strain. Works like a charm.
