I am tired of all these annoying calls. It seems that Citibank is using a number of different phone numbers to contact anyone they feel is avoiding their collections department. I am not. I have already spoken to enough of their reps that I am sick of repeating the same conversation to a new person each time. When they get their act together, then I'll contact them back. So if you're getting these numbers, as well as others, they are all Citibank. Good luck.

I received this call a few minutes ago on my private for 'Emergency Only Use' cellphone number. I religiously never answer calls from an unrecognized number, as it'll cost me money and reduce my available minutes over time. Besides, those I know who really need to get in contact with me already know how to do so.
This number has been researched and has found to have been originated from a Verified SPAMMER. I too have heard about 'Western Sky' who used to relentlessly advertise daily on television touting their so-called loan service which includes an exorbitant interest rate! You've really got to be an idiot to borrow money from these people, because you'll never be able to repay the loan and that's what they're counting on.
Unless I want to pay an extra monthly fee, my cellphone provider only allows me to block a limited amount and type of numbers for a period not to exceed ninety days...pfft! Since it appears that my (well known) cellphone provider could care less about the SPAM/SCAM epidemic plaguing its users, as well as costing us money with each unsolicited call we receive, they've convinced me that a cellphone has become more of a burden than an actual necessity. So, I have therefore decided not to renew my cellphone contract when it expires in a few months.
It'll be nice to finally once again not to be bothered by unsolicited SPAM/SCAM calls on a daily basis...cheers.
