Just received call from this number on a BRAND NEW CELL PHONE NUMBER just activated less than 2 hour s ago... They had no way to leave any message as I have not had chance to activate voicemail yet.

One person at numbercop.com indicated it's possibly "#phishingcall..Western Sky".
They called. I picked up. Told them I was not interested and hung up. They proceeded to call 8 more time in 5 minutes. The 7th time they called I told them I was reporting them to the police for harassment should they call again and hung up. Sure enough the idiot called back again in less than a minute. I told him he must be really daft to continue calling so many times, and that it is legally harassment. I told him I was forwarding the number to the state police and should be still want to call it will just help in determining his guilt/fines owed. They have not called back since.
Just got a call from this number then looked it up on this website. I thought I wouldn't hear from these people again. It has been over a year. Oh well, here we go again. I hope not. I don't answer a number I don't recognize
I got a call from the -5855 number durring my Networking class and when I called back I got a dead like noise. I assumed it was another illegal call. In North Dakota, there are two kinds of illegal call that I know of: political calls(surveys about voters and the like) and robo-calls.
