I have filed a complaint with the FTC, the Washington state Attorney generals office and the FBI.. I specifically asked them to not call me at work and gave them my cell phone number. They told me that they would remove my work number from the automated service, they called my cell phone and them call the main line number at my work again. And left my file number on the voicemail, I hate these people.
....yelp, they called me too. They are going through a lot of trouble to help me avoid going to court (laughing). Trust me, you don't get warnings if it's the real deal. You just get served papers!!! As he earlier post said...what a joke!
been getting cals from all over from these guys, they rotate #'s ohio, detroit, denver. must be a robo dialer hitting unused #;s to call from. its sad to think of these people living in their mom's basement with nothing better to do.
Exactly! they called my FRIEND with that automated b.s. about ME today!!! Pssshyt. Court/legal doesn't give you any warnings. the only warning you get is the summons itself. On IT you get "x" number of days to appeal or whatever. these folks can kick rocks.
