Glenn, you have your own problems to deal with, I suggest you get your data correct before you begin to throw the gaunlet down. In your case maybe you could throw your pantyhose down.
Robocall telling seniors that the message should be heard. . . .No sense reporting the Utah AG office because he has his own problems in guaranteeing that marketers using telecommunications and the internet will not be pursued by him. He is under Federal Department of Justice investigation. Will report the callers to the FTC as a violation of the Do Not Call registry.
My phone number is registered with the Do Not Call list. I have received multiple calls from 801-895-2326. I called them back and was connected with "Senior Emergency Care". The 1st time I called and requested a phone number and address, I was hung up upon. The second time I called and was connected with Kenneth and told him that I was on the DNC list and again, was hung up upon. I called back the number a 3rd time a day later and got a fast-busy signal...at best, I want to know how they got my number and would like them fined. At worst, I think this is a scam against the elderly. I have looked up the business on-line and they do not exist.
