how do i get this number from calling me all the time

I've received a couple texts now from "Beth" with Lexington Law and I'm getting numerous phone calls from random numbers throughout the day. I have no idea how my cell phone number got out there, but it's getting beyond ridiculous and I want it to stop already. I haven't texted back (not even "STOP") because I'm afraid that'll just confirm they have an actual live person and then they won't leave me alone. But they're not really leaving me alone now, so... not sure what to do.
