The caller was just so nervous speaking to me that I was instantly suspicious. The man who called siad his name was "Peter Jones." (Kind of like the TV commercial where the man in the Siberian hut claims to be 'Peggy'!)

I had the some experience, they charge me 199.99 but I had some serious computer problem and they fix it, and they till follow up me every month for free computer services and for that me & my wife is very happy of it because they take care of my computer. I don't know its a scam or what but its good work for my family.
