Who called from 8018994119

I received calls from this number everyday
for last 4 days on my cell which only family
and friends have access to. these calls
cost me money

This number called at 10:16pm. When I said "hello?" The phone beeped and no one replied. I told them " do not call this number at this time f night." And hung up.

They called here and I answered and hung up the phone on one stroke. I knew  it was a spoof call and put them on blocker.

Been calling my phone the last couple days.  I answer and they hang up.  Really starting to get on my nerves because the calls are starting to get later and later at night.  Caller ID said Survey Sampling

Just received a call from this number on my unlisted cell phone and didn't answer it.  They didn't leave a message.
