Called me from three different numbers, three days in a row. They start talking to my answering machine thinking someone is really there.  Idiots!

Watch for 801-899-41XX (4121, 4131, 4132, 4139).  

They also have offices in Connecticut (203) and Ontario, Canada (905), but I've only seen calls out of their Utah Call Center.  There is supposedly a "legitimate" opt-out form on their Web site:  www.surveysampling.com under "Received a Call from Us?"
