Who called from 8019024620

This number called twice. The first time no one responded. The second time a woman answered and claimed that she couldn't hear me.

The number called me twice this morning, but I didn't pick up either time.

This number called at 3pm, but there was no response on the other line.

Called 4PM, didn't recognize so I didn't answer.

My phone rang today and this was the number.  I can't figure out who it is.
