Told me to go get a Paypal My Cash Scratch Card and put $495.00 on it and call him back before I leave the store. He said his name was Charles Cooper. He said he was calling from the Custom Claims Dept. in Queens, N.Y.
I was unable to get the call, but the msg. was from someone foreign or acting that way. He said he was from publishers clearing house and I won 1 million dollars and a 2016 white Mercedes Benz and for me to call back at 801-921-7250. Although the number came up 239-300-7107. I haven't called back as of yet, but this has happened to me before and they wanted me to purchase a green card and give them the no. off the back..
