They say they are "American Diabetes Assistance." They want you to think they are the American Diabetes Association; they aren't. They use various spoofed numbers and Robo Calls, both illegal. There is a company by that name in Florida. These are some numbers they us: 304-250-4618

They called and hung up. However, they answered and I actually talked to someone when I called back.
Received a call from this number.....I answered with, "Hello, this is...." and heard Spanish
speaking voices in the background then suddenly someone was yelling something right into
the phone. I said, "Quit screaming Spanish in my ear!" and hung up. Now they have been calling
back every 10 - 20 minutes for over an hour and leave no message. Just being a nuisance.
American Diabetes Assistance called and I told the number is on the DNC list. The caller said "but we don't want to sell you anything, we want to give you a glucose monitor..." I told them to take me off their list and if they called again I would treat the call as harassment. I filed a DNC complaint with the FCC.
What is with the diabetes calls? I get a 3-4 of them a month!
