This person has been harassing me for a long time. He says that he represents Dishnetwork. He says something ridiculous and then hangs up the phone. Sometimes he calls with a private telephone number so we can't identify him. He used bad language on the phone with my 8 year old.

I am helpless to do anything about this person.
