Who called from 8019589851

Caller ID said Test Code UT. Did not leave a message.

After answering, there was no one/no msg on the line. This seems not to be a working/valid exchange in the 801 area.

Robocall offering a program to eliminate my electric bill.

I pressed 1 to see who they were and what they were doing and why they are not honoring the National Do Not Call list. The dude on the other end was really rude.

Left a message on my answering machine about eliminating my electric bill.  Scam and ignoring the do not call list!
