This is a foreigner saying his name is Adam called and said I signed up for a grant. I explained that I did not and he would not stop talking. I also told him I already have my degree and did not need anything. His goal is to keep talking over you and give you no chance to speak. I told him to remove my number and he actually told me the calls will not stop until I signup and except the grant. Scammers!!! Hate them. Wish they would have never made cell phone numbers open like they did landlines in the past. I am so tired of getting over 20 calls aday and continuously blocking just to keep getting them.
