Who called from 8019697937

I have gotten multiple calls from this number over the last week. Haven't answered any of them.

While driving (I don't answer my phone while driving) This number called me every 5 minutes until I got to where I was going.  For a total of 10 calls.  Unbelievable!!!!!

Called on a sat at 1:45.   No message.

This phone caller is a scam artist.

Was expecting another call, so I didn't check the caller ID first to see it wasn't a local number.  A man with an Indian accent answered and claimed to be from Windows and made an unsolicited call for tech support.  When I pointed out I never requested tech support, he hung up on me mid-sentence.  Obvious scammer.
