Called my cell today, 11/10/16 at 2:35P. Recorded msg to the effect: 'Have you received a letter from your congressman telling you your insurance rates are going up? Press 1 for details, 2 to be removed.' I pressed nothing and got disconnected. I called # back, and got a message that said, "The call you are attempting to place is not allowed from this line. Please dial 611 for customer service or dial 1-800-331-0500 from a landline phone. [Then something in Spanish that was probably the same.] Message 10, US01LV." That was an ATT number, which is my carrier. Not sure why I can't call the number back. Did not try calling ATT to find out.
