wow, so JetBlue has had a malfunctioning calling robot for over a year, with multiple people complaining about it, and it still does the same thing? jees. thanks JetBlue.
a lot of call systems require a trigger that the line has been answered to signal to a live attendant that a connection has been made or trigger a pre-recorded or robotic message. sounds like that trigger is not being recognized. i have had, oh... maybe 8 of these calls in the last month, with silence every time. i have a cell phone with at&t - maybe it doesn't work as well with cell phones/at&t?
Well you helped me as I called it but for the life of me when I saw it on my bill I wondered who it was I supposedly called. It was Jet Blue with a flight change. I won't forget the next time. :)
