Twice in two days, VM with nothing but a "beep"

I have received a call from this # 3 times in 3 days. It is from Rates.com, a mortgage loan consultancy.  If you answer or call them back they are very friendly and will gladly remove your # from their records.  After I requested they do they state it might take 3 days to remove your #, but otherwise the calls will stop within 3 days.

get about 1-2 calls a week, no one says anything.

Phishing for information. Claim they can fix you credit. Don't believe them.

Claim they are  fha mortgage and request info.
