Caller ID reflects 'Jimmy Ottis'; no message left by caller. If you are on the National Do Not Call Registry; report the caller. I submitted my report: www.donotcall.gov; select 'Report Unwanted Calls'. I am diligent to report these callers and actually received a letter regarding a class action payment to individuals who had reported unwanted calls from a particular company (phone #) that had been reported via the DNC gov website. Take the time to place your number on the Do Not Call Registry and report the calls received. 802-222-0488 is a SCAMMER
If they keep repeating your name, they are probably trying to get you to say "yes?". They then use that as your consent to something. This scam is used multiple ways.
I just added (Ottis Jimmy) that is how his name appears on caller ID, to my blocked callers list. I think it is a cell phone because I sent a DO NOT CALL me text message and it did not bounce back saying it is a landline. He calls but does not leave a message. I used to take all calls and now I have to screen calls. Very annoying. My suggestion, DO NOT answer this person's calls!!
