They called me several times on my landline. I told them to put me on their "Do Not Call" and that I wasn't answering their survey. Finally told them if they called me again I would file a complaint with the police department for harassment. That was the last time they called me.
They call and don't leave a message. If this is a legitimate survey, a REAL PERSON needs to speak when the voice mail picks up. I am usually home when the phone rings and will pick up after I hear a person talking. I would normally be happy to help with a survey, but I find robo-calls very annoying and never answer them.
We got 4 of these missed calls recently. ANNOYING and distracting to get on a cell phone. We don't participate in phone surveys, since there in no way to vette the caller. Too many folks out there Phishing without a license.
I get calls from them fairly regular but usually they leave a voicemail. Supposedly from the Department of Health doing a survey on the health of Vermonters. Tonight I decided to answer and tell the lady that was on the other end that I do not do surveys. If they call again, I will tell them not to call again or they will be guilty of violating Title 13 Section 1023 of Vermont Statutes Annotated, Disturbing the Peace by use of Telephone. I will then ask where they are located so I can have them served with a restraining order. I do not expect them to cooperate. If they stay on the phone long enough, I will also explain since they are using Voice of Internet Protocol to make their calls, there may also be other federal laws that come into play, and if necessary their ISP can be tracked to find their location. Not that that will have any effect either but might as well entertain myself when they call. If they has legitimate reason to call, their number would be searchable on the internet. This number does not seem to be.
