The caller ID, indicates that the originator of the call is "Massachusetts Department of Health" (the phone is in Burlington VT) the phone number is also an "unlisted/unpublished" number. They call several times a week, either not leaving a message, or there is some recording, saying that they will call back, for a "health" survey.. they called Sunday afternoon, and I finally spoke with someone, she asked "are you on a cellphone?" when I said "no" .. she hung up with no further comment.

The reason this number is calling is to ask a survey about health care and such in your state/county, I recieved a letter from my state Health dept. advising me that I was randomly picked to be called and ask health questions...referring to..such as cancer research, cigarette smoking, Diabetes...this for, "Ohio Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System"..(BRFSS)to make critical public health estimates.
This letter came from Ohio Health dept in Columbus Ohio.
They gave me an option to go to a web site if I was not interested in taking the survey.
Just thought I would let ppl know this.
