i got a text asking me to add the person on yahoo to chat. so its definitely spam or someone pulling info to harass. i would suggest ignoring or blocking the number if you can.

my gf is being cyberstalked and threatened by someone who says they will reveal secrets about her if she doesn't do what they say. Four days ago I got a text from the same # that you are concerned about.

I got a text from this telephone number. In other words, where the name should be, the phone number was there. They just said hi. I asked who it was but got no answer. I had just received a gift from a friend who I had added a long time ago because of a support group for Fibromyalgia to which I belong. Because of receiving the gift, I wished her a Happy New Year. "Fibro" is her middle name shown on Facebook. I have a feeling this is who it was. She lists her home as Exeter, Devon. When you go into that, it says Great Britain, but does that necessarily have to be the truth? Has anyone called the number to see who it is? Or can't Facebook demand the phone company release the name of the person with this number? I figure my "HI" is just a start. I'm having enough problems health-wise. I don't need any added stress right now. Thanks!!
