There is an operation ostensibly at Essex Junction VT who has a whole bunch of phone numbers starting at 802 288 2400 and going up to 2420 or even possibly higher. They are a real pest. I asked Fair Point, the provider, to put them out of business but they, of course, will not cooperate.
