Rec'd a voice message as I didn't answer it... "Four Actions and the "COPS" are coming unless you call?

called left a message saying If I did not call back the cops were coming to arrest me.

Scam.  You aren't notified in advance if the authorities are going to arrest you.  Most likely another Indian or Pakistani IRS scam.  Ignore and block the calls.

Badly designed recording. Sounds like slang.
