Who called from 8023231532

Called my unpublished home number as well.
Caller ID says Newport, VT.
Never left a message

I received 3 missed calls on Saturday from this number (Newport, VT) and 3 on Sunday.  Our number is also unpublished.

I receive calls from this number on my land line daily.

If I answer the call there is a long pause, it then dials another number (as though it were a telemarketer) but the number it dials is not in service.
