If you're talking about the DNC list (that's the only thing I can think of that you would 'enlist' in), one, that's not a call blocker and you've been putting yourself on and off the list by 'enlisting'. Once you're on the list, you're on it until you remove yourself from how I've read it. Or you could explain what you meant by 'enlisting'
I follow suit with the others....... living in VT yes, even WE get scammed. NOT SAYING the "yes", tho. I have informed my older mom, don't say YES. If it looks or sound "TGTBT", it most generally IS.

Perhaps you might want to look into signing up for a Blocking Service and let their list work for you on blocking. They have an unlimited list that others contribute to and you will benefit from their reported numbers too.
