This number has called many times and no one leaves a message. I have no idea who this is. Very strange.

i get calls all time of the day and up till 9:00 at night. no message, thinking telemarketer?

Nope. It's a bill collector.

same here. i've been reading other posts. its a scam. and harassment.

They keep calling without telling us why and demand our personal information. We have contacted the State of Vermont Attorney General's Office who flatly said collection companies are not allowed to do this. They must have all of your info on file and provide it to you.
DO NOT give them any of your information.
