As I do not answer unknown numbers, this number left an automated message stating that they were the IRS and they are filling a lawsuit against me and wanting me to call back. Scam? I guess we will find out!
As I do not answer unknown numbers, this number left an automated message stating that they were the IRS and they are filling a lawsuit against me and wanting me to call back. Scam? I guess we will find out!
We also got called by this same number with same claim. Calls like this have been reported on the news that are fraudulent and bogus and are just trying to fraud unsuspecting people to out of their bank account info. The Irs will not be making phone calls informing of any lawsuits. They can only send you a special letter in the mail to that effect.
