Scam telemarketer spoofing the number claiming to be calling for a profit related company for breast cancer research. As the callerID did not show areacode (which ALL instate calls do), the number was deliberately spoofed to only show 448-8073, using the caller name "Burlington VT" (another obvious spoof as not even cell numbers locally display a city/state).
As every city/state name that has ever shown on callerID has all been fraud, one has to add this number to the listing of scams claiming telemarketing.
