Who called from 8024580345

Text message said "your account with McCoy FCU has been suspended for unknown reason. Call 1-802-348-0345.  Sounds like a scam for sure.

I got cells for my 9 and 11 yr olds for school and within the first 5 min they started getting text messages from this number. I called their phone company to refund the charges since at first I did click on the message since I thought it was their phone company texting them. Luckily Tracfone was very nice about it and refunded the time plus a few extra minutes, but now every day this stupid Mccoy FCU text shows up ugg! I wish there was a way to block the number, will have to find out if it's possible to do that since these are only emergency phones and now the girls have to keep their cells off all the time which defeats the purpose of the phones. Anyone getting this number be wary of it, they are persistant buggers!

Sorry, meant to say I called the girls phone company to get refunds, not that I called Mccoy. Also the Caller ID shows up as: [email protected], the 4 digit number I put is the number that shows up after it's been read and is in the message box. Either way I've told the girls from now on to keep the phones on vibrate during school, plus if they see a number isn't familiar or already pre-programmed into their phone then they aren't to answer the call. I'm still going to call this Mccoy FCU and find out why they're bothering children lol!
