It was a scam. That's not really the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). That same number called me on the same day and left the same voicemail, and I heard the full voicemail. I can finish that quote you just said, which is "The reason of this message is to inform you about the final notice that we have a law firm against you," then said to give them a call back. The real IRS would have sent us a letter in the mail (with our names on it) saying if they really did have a law firm against us. Do not listen to this number. It's just a scammer trying to steal money out of your bank account.
Call came at 3:28am HST. The automated OGM said "Hello. This call is officially acceptable notice from IRS, Internal Revenue Service. The reason of this...."
