My voicemail picked up on the end of the robocall message which was:

"Press one now to find out the terms conditions and associated changes before the next billing cycle. Again this is your final notice. As it relates to the financial stimulus so press one now to take advantage of this today."

Upon further research I have reason to believe it is the "credit card services" scam call.
