I recently started receiving calls as well. Recorded message from "Jeff" stating I had recently stayed at their resort. Didn't listen any further. Our other cell number is receiving them as well.
I have started receiving calls from Vermont area code 802. In three days I have received a call from 802-505-6050, 802-321-8019, and 802-440-0565. I do not know a living soul in the Vermont area. Does anyone have any info as to why the sudden influx of so many calls from this area code? Are they perhaps political calls? I never answer but they never leave a message on answering machine, so have no idea what their racket/scam may be.
I am a living soul in Vermont but I promise it's not me calling. I am also receiving calls from these numbers and have no clue who they are. Never leave a message. I refuse to answer any calls I don't know. I have even called myself on occasion. Go figure.
Well, it's been a while but they've decided to call again. Still getting calls from all over Vermont. No clue who any of them are. It hasn't been safe to answer unknown numbers for a few years now. Kind of pathetic but at least I don't get scammed that way. Be safe out there folks.
