Who called from 8025247946

Caller ID name was spoofed as "VT STATE OF."  Obvious foreign voice on the other end tried to sell some fishy solar energy scam.

Solar panel company spoofing another legitimate business' number. They also call from 1-802-753 number which is located in Bennington County.

802-524-7946 seems to be an actual number for the State of Vermont . Their directory lists it as a FAX machine in the Courts division.  Most likely a Scammer faking the Caller ID.
