I got a call from this number today.  Thinking it might be a business call, I called the number and got an operator who stated that she has no way of putting my call through.  I asked her how did this call even get to an operator and she responded that it's an internet user.  I guess some folks out there get bored real easy.  I could give them a job and make them feel useful and help them get some "self-esteem".   I have reported this to my local police department and the FBI.
