Who called from 8028291428

I got a call from the above number I train 3 to 4 times then quit I called right back they said the number was out of service

Receive the call from above number rang 3 to 4 times then stopped I  called it back rejected by recording it said that the number was no longer in service I find that strange because I know no one in Vermont

The exact same thing just happened to me

Rang 4 times left no message came up Vermont.  Did not answer nor return the call.
