Who called from 8028459998

I got a call yesterday afternoon, said they were doing a survey so I hung up. They called again today and I answered before looking at the number and it was a recording saying I was the only person on the conference call. I hung up again.

I receive one to two calls a day from this number with no answer on the other end.  If I do not answer in time, they do not leave a message.  I am blocking this number on my phone.

These people keep calling, when I try to reverse phone look up or return the call on my cell I get a message that the number does not exist.

Hey have called me about 5 times in the past 2 days and I have not answered any of them except for one. The last one (which happened about 1 min. ago) I did pick up and a girl answered "hello" and I hung up :) they do not leave messages... I hope they don't call again.

They called me again. This time they left a message about 45 seconds long but it was blank. How annoying!
