Called cell phone, which is on Do NOt Call list. Said conducting survey for AZ Dept. of Health. When they asked a question re. phone usage, I said, "Doesn't sound like a Health Dept. question." They said that is the last question - and we both hung up.
just answered call from this number. Person initially confused as to who they were calling from. They then said they were calling from Arizona Dept of Health to do a survey on health of Arizona residents -- I hung up

They have called 3 times now saying they are from the AZ Dept of Health. I checked the number and they are out of Burlington, VT. Caller keeps trying to get info....it's a scam.
