You can't report it because they aren't doing anything illegal. If you want it blocked you'll have to do that yourself. Buy a call blocker and go for it.
I received two unsolicited calls from this number on my work cell phone over the weekend. I did not answer them but would like to see this number blocked permanently. I've received calls from this number in the past but just did not answer them.
Got same call - is a survey about pot. I am also in Washington. Call comes late at night, so I do not answer anymore. told them to stop calling....just got one last night.
These people call all the time at various times during the day. I got a call at midnight and they keep leaving voice mails. I told them I don't want to be contacted and I'm not interested in the survey and sthey still keep calling.
