Called my cell again, but when I answered they were silent and then disconnected the call. I was looking forward to taking their "survey" this time and giving them ridiculous, bogus answers to their questions. Hope they call back :)
Called my cell. Woman speaking very fast prattled something about my number being chosen randomly and wanted me to answer questions for a survey. I was silent. She talked too fast for me to understand exactly what she wanted to ask me about. When she came up for air and I was still silent she repeated "hello? hello? hello" about 7 or 8 times then disconnected the call.
Called my cell phone this morning. Lady speaking very fast about me being randomly selected for a survey from Case Western Reserve about health care of the local area. I told her that she called a cell phone and to please put me on a do not call list. She said they don't have a do not call list and they can call whoever they want. She said that they are calling people with the same area code and first 3 digits of a phone number and randomly dialing the last four. She said they have every right to do this and she will not guarantee that I won't be called again.
Just got a call from this number. Caller ID indicated it was coming from Burlington, VT, but the person leaving the message was clearly a southern gal and she said she was calling from Case Western Reserve, which is in Cleveland, OH. Hilarious

Continuously calls my land line. I usually don't answer and when they don't leave a message, I know it's a "nothing" call. I called back this morning and there was a recording from a man who sounded very official saying something about a survey about City of Cleveland (I assume Ohio since I live in a suburb of that city). Said to press 1 to get more details, but I pressed "click" and hung up.
