so it is about 8:32 am Monday morning, I had called them on Friday due to some very rude mail they have been sending me over a bill. Now I would think they would at least help me understand where this bill is from. " phone rings" ring ring ring . I pick it up, not recognizing the phone number, say hell she had a curt tone to her demanded I state my name and demanded I go " fetch" this supposed rude letter.. I was not expecting them to even call me back to pick a fight with me, I could barley get out a question of her name and she started huffing into the phone HELLOOO, hEELLLLOOOOO HELLOOO.. which I didn't pause for more than 4 seconds trying to think where the letter was at that moment,,,, all while I have 2 year old twins that I was in the middle of changing their diapers.. both disabled , which I tried to explain and didn't appreciate her calling me and treating me like thisand asked for a moment to figure it out. Then I dropped the phone by accident trying to fasten my sons diaper which I had just explained I was trying to situate real quick and then I would be able to locate the letter well as the phone fell from my ear I asked her to hold on after already asking her to hold on but I had dropped the phone so while it was on the ground less than a foot from my ear cause I was changing diapers I was bent down I could hear her now yelling into the phone demanding I give her the information she is calling about.. . She started yelling Helllooooo into the phone again, At this point I am upset and only called them in the first place because I was responding to a borderline threatening and discriminative letter sent to me by this company ,, I told her i did not appreciate what they were doing to me whatso ever and asked to talk to her supervisor, she refused to connect me refused to give me her name she then called me a scumbag and told me to pay my bill and I wouldn't have this problem.... I told her to have her boss call me immediately and that I am calling a lawyer, She said shes not surprised and that not paying my bills and complaining makes me a looser! I am in tears. I do not know what to do I do not have any of her information at all I only have the time she called and the number she called from which is 802-876-7530.. I am so mad and I cannot believe they are allowed to say that to me.. I am not a scumbag.. I am a sick mother of two year old twin boys with which both are disabled .. I have cancer and getting ready for my second bout of Chemotherapy, I do not think being late paying a bill makes me a scumbag.. I just don't want to be threaten.... and talked to like this .

You have no obligation to tell this woman anything about you or your children. Who is the "scumbag" here? Obviously, she is. Here's my suggestion: get a "Google Voice" phone number. (It can be the same as your present phone number.) Then, when you get these phone calls, you can simply block them -- which means that, when they call, they get a recording saying that "this number has been disconnected." Peace, Mark.
