Anyone else getting calls from 802-881-0601? It says Sears Roebuck, but they haven't used the Roebuck on their ID for a very long time and when I look this up in the white pages it says it is an Internet number and they won't say who it belongs to. I would think that if you look up a valid Sears number it would come back as belonging to Sears. This is not the number for the Sears in Burlington.
Did some digging and in 2015 these people were using the number 802-881-0607. It definitely was a scam. Both numbers show the same location in Burlington. Then they were saying they had detected fraudulent activity associated with your SS#. Now the new number which is almost identical and from the same location is saying they are Sears Roebuck. This is a scam.
