Who called from 8032170350

It's a Scana Energy harassment call! They want money, whether they deserve it or not.

I get at one call a day from this number when I try to answer no one is  on the line and when I call the number backm it rings busy. This has been going on for over two months now.

talked to PSNC, 800 799 5306 they said the calls are not coming from them, now what?

My phone has started ringing every day from this caller ID  Scana Cayce Toc.  Their automated system must not like our automated answering system, because by the time I pick up, the call has disconnected.  This is getting tiresome.  How do I get off this list?
