Who called from 8032193442

Called.  Left no message.  Sounds like a scam.

Not sure who this is.  They called 2 times, one after the other but hung up before I could answer.  They left no message but on my LG2 where the number that called shows, it has "call management", but yet leaves no message under my messages..strange.  I did a reverse lookup, it showed no such number.  A scam of some type perhaps?  I have no idea, but since I dontknow anyone in SC, I blocked the number to my phone.

Received a call today from 803-219-3442. NO message left.

Voicemail answered the call. The message was less than 1 second. They keep calling. When I try to call back, I get a busy signal.

"CALLER" Well duh. BLOCKED the scumbags.
