Just got the same call. Richard's bride/feminine name is Rachel, fiance is Kevin Williams, will be at a cross dress convention and he is going to be the bride. Apparently he is still doing this years later...Got a call from "Richard" who is engaged to "Kevin" and like the others, wants to be a cross dressing bride. I am a wedding planner specializing in gay weddings. He asked a lot of questions related to cross dressing and mentioned how he used to be called "sissy boy". Also gave me a budget and then said "money is no object". Has called several times from a restricted number as well.
I reported him to police in December 2013. Still can't believe nothing has been done after two years +. I was the one who posted anonymously above Rach.
