Who called from 8032560814

I'm trying to figure the same they called two days in a row I'm from Columbia and it pops up a Columbia number

Called, no one there.. hung up.

When I answered it sounded like a robot but I wasn't sure and she said "Hi this is Amanda". I said "Can you please remove me from your call list?" and she said "No." then hung up. When I called back there was a busy tone.

When I answered Amanda said congratulations your home was selected to receive vinyl siding, I interrupted her and asked what is my address, she hung up. Definitely some sort of scam so block them!

Called me too, today on 1-19-17, didn't leave a message.
