they left no message.

Unknown number.  No message.  Looks like a robo caller.

I called the number back and got a recording that I could be placed on a "do not call" list. I said that is what I wanted. All automated. Telemarketer it sounds like.

Received call on cellphone. Robocall, saying they've sent me my final notice that my warranty has expired...would I like to speak to someone before the file is closed...

Did not answer, appears to be robo call. Got one earlier from Georgia, now South Carolina.
